Sanders Ridge Vegetable Farm was established in 2006 and is sister farm to Sanders Ridge Vineyard and Winery. We offer 75+ different types and varieties of heirloom open pollinated vegetables, herbs, flowers, muscadine grapes, and new this year - strawberries! We grow for FLAVOR AND NUTRITION! using USDA Certified Organic standards. We produce pretty much year round and everything we grow is started from seed here on the farm or propagated from organic root-stock. Our seed and root-stock suppliers share the same devotion to propagating, protecting, and perpetuating the very best mother nature has to offer.
Our Farm is also involved in helping others interested in learning about and transitioning to sustainable farming, gardening, and land stewardship. Our mission is to promote by example and through outreach activities, direct connections between local growers and local consumers.
In addition to offering fresh produce and flowers, we also offer an ever changing menu of seasonally influenced value added food products made in our MAKERS KITCHEN with ingredients from our farm as well as other local producers!
You can purchase our produce and food products at the COBBLESTONE FARMERS MARKET in Winston-Salem, or join our FARMSHARE Membership and simply receive a box filled with a portion of everything coming out of the garden each week!
We urge you to pre-order through our Farm’s ON-LINE STORE and pick up on the farm, at the Winery - or at the Cobblestone Farmers Market. When you place your order you will have an opportunity to tell us where you prefer to pickup as well as other preferences you may wish to include. You can also order wine at our WINERY ON-LINE STORE and have it included in your pick up order!
